Support Groups —

Led by volunteers who are also caregivers. Meet others in similar situations and find community.

Educational Programs & Classes —

Learn coping skills, communication skills and self-care strategies..

NAMI Basics is a free in person and ON Demand 6-session education program for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth (ages 22 and younger) who are experiencing mental health symptoms.

 99% of completers recommend NAMI Basics to others. 

NAMI Family & Friends is a free 90-minute or four-hour seminar that informs people who have loved ones with a mental health condition how to best support them. It’s also an opportunity to meet other people in similar situations and gain community support.

Focus on Family —

How to take care of yourself while caring for others. Specific programs for parents, teens, veterans, and more.

Family to Family —

This is an eight-week workshop program for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of those with a mental illness. It goes into mental illnesses, medications, coping skills, communication skills and self-care strategies.
