		Bullet Proof culture of the military
		Fear of being singled out and losing out on promotions
		Leadership downplays problems or doesn't recognize them
		Lack of understanding of TBI issues by higher ups
2.	Limited Access to Services
		Shortage of clinicians
		Denial of coverage at VA
		No quick access, treatment too far away (1.5 hours or more)
3.	Clinical Issues & Resistance to Treatment
		Treating negative behaviors instead of underlying TBI
		Lack of record sharing among VA
		Resistance to treatment and medication
		Lack of trust by soldiers and their families in the VA
4.	Family & Caregiver Issues
		Distrust by providers of family perceptions
		Keeping family and caregivers in the loop especially important in TBI treatment
		Listen to families when making evaluations
5.	Getting Info out on Services
		Information not getting out to the needy
		Need to find ways to reach vets
