What will convince warriors that getting help is a sign of strength and mental health treatment works?
Summary Statements of Responses
1. Make mental health screenings mandatory on a semi-annual basis
by someone who can analyze their problems
Make mental health screenings a regular part of physical health checks
2. Change the leadership climate and compel Command to take a leadership role in accepting 
and encouraging the benefits of mental health support without riducule 
Encourage command leadership at all levels
Convince Middle leaders that they are required to enter into a client relationship,
   need maintenance mental health
Build trust between Command and facilities
3.  Positive role models in command and among peers
Value the worth of peer experience
 Have veterans engage with personnel as they come in from theatre
Have high ranking officers talk about experiences and behaviors of acceptance
   of treatment
4. Remove fears of punitive actions
Change policies
Educate personnel 
5.  Educate families and soldiers together
Put a big emphasis on the benefits of mental health treatment for families and soldiers
6.  Soldiers and vets may not know what services are available
Increase marketing and awareness of available services
Market the benefits of seeking treatment
7. Services may not be accessible to soldiers, their families or veterans
Active personnel or their families may not have an awareness of services available 
    both on and off base
Make state of the art treatments available to a wider group of veterans
Network, Co-op and market services available
